Month-to-Month Agreement 

This Month-to-Month Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of acceptance by both parties, by and between Subcontractors United (“Company”) and the undersigned subcontractor (“Contractor”).

1. Service Provided

Subcontractors United agrees to provide the Contractor with exclusive placement in its network (1 of only 3 companies in the trade, per a county), ensuring exposure to homeowners seeking home services through multi-channel advertising efforts, including but not limited to local TV, radio, email, social media, and Facebook ads

2. Terms and Termination

This Agreement shall commence upon acceptance and continue on a month-to- month basis. Either party may terminate this Agreement with a written notice of 30 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

3. Payments Terms

Contractor agrees to pay a monthly fee of $200 for placement within the Subcontractors United network. Payment shall be auto-billed every month unless written cancellation is received. Failure to make timely payments may result in removal from the network. AFTER 1 Year of Fully Paid Membership; If you have not received any exposure or leads, Subcontractors United will reimburse your full amount of $2,400 USD.

4. Exclusivity & Benefits 

The Contractor will receive exclusive placement within their service category (1 of only 3 companies in the trade, per a county), ensuring that their business is provided with maximum exposure to the homeowner or potential client. This includes extensive exposure through Subcontractors United’s advertising campaigns.

5. Community Credibility  

By participating in this network, the Contractor benefits from association with a trusted and highly curated group of home services professionals, increasing credibility with homeowners

6. Limitation of Liability  

Subcontractors United shall not be held liable for any business outcomes, loss of revenue, or other indirect damages arising from participation in the network. The Contractor acknowledges that marketing results may vary.

7. Acceptance of Terms 

By PAYING monthly fees, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement
