Wow! What an amazing estate find! This is a set of Gimble lamps aka Gim. These were made from the 1940s up the the 1960s. Both lamps stands 28 inches tall right up to the finial and designed after the famous Tiffany company lamps that were made famous in the 30's. The finals are diffrent on each lamp. These have what appears to be original wiring. Make sure you always have your antique lamps rewired by a professional, for fire safty. The condition on each lamp is great considering the age. Please look at all photos. Both lamps have the original double socket top and my guess is they had at one time beautiful stain glass shades. Each lamp weighs almost 6 lbs each. I have done nothing to the lamps except washing them down with warm soapy water. I CANT FIND ANY MAKERS MARKS on either lamp but place an online photo of the same lamp but with single socket on top.
